My name is Vaisa Haile. I am the founder of Dots.Per.Inch. Growing up during the Golden Age of Information and the widespread usage of homes with personal computers, I noticed over the years the issues of planned obscelence and the automation of software on the user’s end-which to a degree is a really great thing! You can open and use applications without needing to understand why and how they work…but now the average person doesn’t know how to protect themselves from scams or how to watch out for malware or viruses. Even seasoned gamers are having trouble using their computers.

There is no shame in not knowing something! All you need to do is ask. Here at Dots.Per.Inch. we don’t just troubleshoot, we empower through education.
